IMMUNOGEN: Chicken HSP70 (heat shock protein 70)/HSP90 (heat shock protein 90) complex.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes both free and complexed human, mouse, rat, sheep, dog, pig, monkey, fish, guinea pig, hamster, rabbit, chicken, xenopus, drosophila and yeast HSP70 and HSC70. Detects bands of ~72 and ~73 kDa by Western blot, corresponding to HSP70 and HSC70, respectively.
