SPECIFICITY:	Recognizes the epitope near 25kDa/50kDa junction (ATP binding loop) of myosin heavy chain skeletal and cardiac muscle in mammals, birds, amphibia and fish.
APPLICATION:	Immunocytochemistry Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, epitope is stable to aldehyde and chaotropic fixatives) Western Blot Undiluted use is recommended for most applications.
