CLONE: A4.1025

CONCENTRATION: 50-100µg/ml.
PURITY DETAIL: Hybridoma cell culture supernatant.
FORMULATION: Liquid. In DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum, penicillin, streptomycin, glutamine and 0.03% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Purified adult human skeletal muscle myosin.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes the epitope near 25kDa/50kDa junction (ATP binding loop) of myosin heavy chain skeletal and cardiac muscle in mammals, birds, amphibia and fish.
APPLICATION: Immunocytochemistry
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections, epitope is stable to aldehyde and chaotropic fixatives)
Western Blot
Undiluted use is recommended for most applications.
