SPECIES CROSSREACTIVITY:
Human
Mouse
Rat
CLONE: 25A10.D6.D2
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG1
CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml
FORMULATION: Liquid. Purified antibody in PBS containing 0.05% sodium azide.
IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 51-69 (A51ISSPSGLAYPDD
VLDYGL69) of mouse nuclear factor of activated T cells, cytoplasmic 2 (NF-ATc2) conserved in all three isoforms A, B and C.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, mouse and rat NF-ATc2. Detects bands of ~140kDa (phosphorylated NF-ATc2 in resting immune cells) and ~120kDa (fully-dephosphorylated NF-ATc2 in stimulated cells) by Western blot. Does not cross-react with NF-ATc1.
APPLICATION: Gel Supershift Assays
Immunocytochemistry (1µg/ml)
Immunoprecipitation
Western Blot (1µg/ml)
SHIPPING: SHIPPED ON BLUE ICE
